“You are only as young, as your spine is flexible.”

“Its not every day you come across a pilates warrior. I call her a warrior because if I close my eyes its what I picture strength to be like. Michele Dupay epitomizes that for me. She runs a small studio from home that is comfortable and has a good calm feel to it. When I started classes with her I felt uneasy using my own body strength and had no concept of how to strengthen and not bulk. While running through each movement, she explains it, you understand it and therefore understand your body. She knows your weaknesses and works around those, to avoid any injuries. I saw magnificent improvement in a very short time and my old “get out of bed in the morning” knees literally feel like they can run a race. Her passion for her craft is undeniable, she can really transform your life. She transformed mine.”
